What she knows is what she truly don’t.

In ignorance she sees what others won’t.

She silences the world beyond her head,

Yet the voices within, she takes to her deathbed.

The strangeness stirs her nights and days –

What strangeness in the one familiar face.

Security in words she used to hear,

But safety is what really makes her fear.

So weightless is the breath that speaks his lies –

Yet heavy to her heart that's pierced before his eyes.

Decisions out of chaos she must make.

Decisions that she let her impulse take.

Perhaps she felt misled, she felt deceived,

She hates but deep within she loved, she felt complete.

To ash, to dust, till death do them apart.

Beneath decay she found a brand new heart.
